Proclamation

2017 Mayor Gary Ceschini

 

At the June 20, 2017 Council Meeting Patton Mayor – Gary Ceschini ( Pictured Right ) Presented David Santa of DJS Construction ( Pictured Left) with a Mayor’s Proclamation and a Certificate of Appreciation from Borough Council for his work on the Patton Pool Bathhouse, which he did at cost.  Photo credit. Council Member Dave Pompa.  The $10,000.00 worth of improvement were made from funds raised by previous Park Commissions through their fund raising efforts and the generous donations and patrons that supported those efforts.

Weed Spraying Notice

The Borough will be spraying the

sidewalks for weeds:

Beginning Monday morning, June 12th

in the areas of

Fifth Avenue – Lang Avenue to Beech Avenue

Fourth Avenue – Lang Avenue to Beech Avenue

Magee Avenue – Fourth Avenue to Fifth Avenue.

Weather permitting, this work is expected

to be completed by Monday afternoon.

2017 Memorial Day****The Patton Borough  Office will be Closed Monday, May 29th in Observance of Memorial Day.****  

****The Memorial Day Military Observation in Patton will take place at  area cemeteries. Services begin on Monday, May 29th  at 7:00am, at the Revolutionary War Cemetery, followed by services at St. Augustine, Flinton, Beaver Valley and St. Lawerence cemeteries.  The Color Guard will return to Patton for the Parade at 9:00 am. The Cambria Heights High School marching band and the Patton Fire Company #1 and all interested youth will participate. Following the parade, the veterans will conduct military services at the following cemeteries: SS Peter & Paul Byzantine and Orthodox, Fairview and St. Mary/St.George.  A memorial tribute to veterans will be held at the Patton Veterans’ Memorial (Patton Park) , VFW Post 779 and the American Legion Post 614. Please come out to honor the brave men and women who have given of themselves to keep American free. God Bless America!
